What kinds of judgments do you handle?
We focus exclusively on non-consumer civil judgments: business-to-business disputes, unpaid contracts, commercial rent, and similar commercial matters. If you're not sure whether yours qualifies, send it over and we'll tell you for free.
Does it cost me anything to find out if you'll take my judgment?
No. The review is completely free, and if we don't collect, you don't owe us anything. That's our whole model, no risk, no fees.
What information do I need to get started?
The basics: your name and contact details, the judgment amount, the state where it was entered, and a short description of the case. If you have the judgment paperwork, even better, but you can start with just the details.
How fast will I hear back?
We complete the initial review within 48 hours. If your case is a fit, you'll hear from us with next steps. Most transactions close within 6-8 weeks.
Selling Your Judgment
What does it mean to sell my judgment?
You transfer the judgment to us and we pay you cash for it. From there, we take on the work and the expense of collecting. You get paid now, and you stop chasing the debtor.
How much will you pay for my judgment?
It depends on the judgment: how old it is, who the debtor is, and whether there are assets worth pursuing. We make a fair cash offer after our review, and you're under no obligation to accept it.
Why sell instead of trying to collect on my own?
Because collecting is a job, not a phone call. You'd need investigators to find hidden assets, and attorneys in the debtor's state to garnish wages or seize accounts. Most creditors don't have that, and hiring it is expensive. Selling means you get cash and the problem goes away.

What if the debtor is hiding their assets?
That's exactly what we're built for. We deploy a licensed investigative team that knows how to locate hidden assets (accounts, property, business interests) without tipping off the debtor. Then we work with our network of attorneys to garnish and seize them.
Do I need my own attorney?
No. We work with a nationwide network of attorneys who handle enforcement in the debtor's jurisdiction. You don't have to hire or coordinate anyone.
Can you collect a judgment in another state?
Yes. We work nationwide, in all 50 states. It doesn't matter where you are or where the debtor is.
I already tried to collect and got nowhere. Is it too late?
No. Failed collection usually means the assets weren't found, not that they don't exist. Finding them is the part we're good at. Send us the judgment and we'll take a fresh look.
Common Questions
How long is a judgment good for?
It varies by state, and some states let you renew. Timing matters: the older a judgment gets, the harder it is to collect. If yours has been sitting for a while, it's worth finding out where you stand.
How are you different from a collection agency?
A collection agency works for a percentage and keeps chasing on your behalf. You still own the problem, and the fees keep running. We either buy the judgment outright so you get cash, or we enforce it under our no-risk model. You're never on the hook for fees you didn't agree to.
Is any of this legal?
